Overlooking Marble Arch and Hyde Park, Cumberland Art and Tech Rooms is said to be one of the most interesting location in the centre of London. The hotel has renovated since summer 2003 and it has been expected to re-open in early 2004. The rooms are painted in a neutral colour, with colour coming from either painted wall panels or soft furnishings. All beds are orthopaedic with white cotton Egyptian linen and large pillows. The headboard features an edge-lit handcrafted glass panel. Headboards are either placed back to the wall or act as a room divider, giving the room a feeling of space. All rooms have 42" plasma screen TV's. Each room has high-speed internet access via a series of ISDN or modem points. The bathrooms ar are either shower rooms with free-standing shower incorporating body jets, or large steel Victorian-style roll top baths. The wash basin's are glass and sit on a limestone top to match the limestone flooring. All rooms have air conditioning, mini bar, bar, trouser press, ironing board and hair dryer.
