Rocky Resort is a private and secluded Koh Samui resort with 27 Thai bungalows and villas. The resort is situated on the beach, with unparalleled views of the Gulf of Thailand, and only a short walk to downtown Lamai. Long tailed fishing boats can be seen daily as they depart or return home with their catch. Here is the ideal place to relax and feel free to enjoy the natural beauty of this amazing Koh Samui resort.

The resort is situated in a lush tropical garden at the hillside of South Lamai Beach at a rocky beach not far from the infamous stone attractions of Hin Ta Hin Yai. All of our units are located very close to the beach and provide a spectacular view to the garden and the sea, also offering convenient access to the main street.

Surrounding Area
Rocky Resort has three secluded beaches enclosed by large outcrops of granite rocks which form idyllic sheltered coves. The seawater is crystal clear with beautiful corals and tropical fish ideal for snorkeling.

      Room Description

  • Superior Oceanview: The Superior Oceanview rooms are 26 sq m and come equipped with air conditioning, ensuite bathroom with hot water shower, minibar, large balcony, one queen or two twin beds.
  • Large Jr. Suite Oceanview: The Large Junior Suite oceanviews are a spacious 68 sq m and come equiped with air conditioning, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom, hot water shower, minibar, full length glass doors onto balcony, writing table and chair, queensize bed and sitting area with couch and lounge chairs, coffee table.
  • Deluxe Family Oceanview: The Deluxe Family oceanview is 70 sq m and sleeps up to 5 people. It has a beautiful sea view and comes equipped with airconditioning, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom, hot water shower, minibar, sitting area with couch and lounge chairs, and coffee table.
  • Deluxe Beachfront: Our Deluxe Beachfront is 35 sq m and comes equipped with air conditioning, ensuite bathroom with hot water shower, minibar, balcony, one queen sized bed and one day bed, a cd player, and luxurious furnishings from Chiang Mai.
  • Family Beachfront: The Family Beachfront is a beautifully designed two bedroom cottage perfect for families or friends travelling together. In the master bedroom there is a queen sized bed and a sitting area with a couch, chairs, and a coffee table, and ensuite open-air bathroom. In the second room there are two twin-sized beds and an ensuite bathroom. Both units come with air conditioning, minibar, ceiling fans, and hot showers.
  • Deluxe Family Villa: The Deluxe Family Villas are beautifully-designed Thai style villas surrounded by tropical gardens. The enticing open-air design and surrounding outer wall will give you a sense of privacy and luxury for your holiday.   • Honeymoon Suite: The Rocky Resort Honeymoon Suite is a super deluxe room with the resort's best beachfront location. Equipped with TV, cd player, air conditioning, two ceiling fans, a sitting area with sofa and chair, a king sized bed, and a large, luxurious bathroom, you will be sure to enjoy your stay here.
