The Regent Cha-Am Beach Resort has a view of majestic mountains, lush gardens and the picturesque Gulf. The hotel is in fact three hotels in one: The Regent Cha-Am, The Regency Wing, and The Regent Chalet. With its large area and its light and airy design, the hotel manages to attract diverse clientele yet remain as a peaceful, tranquil retreat.

The resort is one of the oldest property in Cha-Am situated on the beach road 7 kilometres from Cha-Am town center.

Rooms are mixed with superior, chalet, regency room and regency cottage. All rooms are in large size starts from 37 square metres. Mostly rooms are on garden and pool view. Rooms on the higher floor can as well enjoy the seaview. Each room is modernly decorated though shows its age. Bathroom are fair. Rooms on Regency wing are newer, larger and nicer decorated on wooden parquet.
