It is consists of two buildings; dark grey, glass window 18-storey East tower and 23-storey West tower. The hotel is unique among the Gothenburg skylines and gives a naval feeling with aquariums. This is the biggest hotel in Nordic countries.

The hotel is situated in the centre of Gothenburg. Shops, restaurants and theatres are a short stroll away. The hotel is in a good location for the fair ground.

The rooms are large and all newly renovated, thus in excellent condition. Standard rooms have wide twin beds, earth colours of green, brown, burgundy, and tanned wood. Air cooling system. Bathrooms are very good and spacious, with tiles of beige and white. Only 20 rooms per floor around the lifts, so there are no long corridors. Marvellous views, no rooms overlook the backyard.
