The Grand hotel was built at the end of the 19th century, so it represents the splendor of the era. It is a very well maintained hotel with a rich history, in an excellent location. Grand hotel is one of the best hotels in Stockholm and Scandinavia.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, opposite the royal palace. Standing right on the harbour, next to the Gamla Stan (old city), close to museums, theatres and shopping areas. An ideal location in a very fashionable and well looked after part of the city.

The Grand H๔tel has 307 rooms, including 21 suites. No room is like another. Many of the rooms and all the suites have a view over the harbor, Old Town and Royal Palace.

• Single Rooms: There are 53 single rooms at the Grand H๔tel. Some have windows overlooking the quiet courtyard and a few have a view over the harbor, Old Town and Royal Palace.
• Double Rooms: There are 236 double rooms of varying sizes at the Grand H๔tel. Some offer a view over the harbor, Old Town and Royal Palace while others face the quiet courtyard. Most also have a comfortable seating group.
• Suites: The Grand H๔tel's suites vary in terms of size, plan and style of decoration. Next to many of the suites at the Grand H๔tel are parlours, or drawing rooms, which can be booked together with the suites to create an apartment with several bedrooms and one or more parlours.
• Palours: The Grand H๔tel also offers a number of larger suites with up to five rooms. The drawing rooms of these suites are called Parlours.
  One of these suites is the Bernadotte Suite, which was decorated by Sigvard Bernadotte, the uncle of King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden. The Bernadotte Suite has three rooms - a single and a double bedroom and a salon. The salon is red, the double bedroom green and the single bedroom blue.
  All suites have a view over the harbor, Old Town and Royal Palace. They can be tailored to the wishes and requirements of our guests.
