The hotel, a cream low-rise modern building with a blue/white canopy, is located outside the city centre of Linkoping.

The Scandic is located close to the motorway and four kilometres from the city centre.

The rooms are medium sized and in good condition. They are decorated in light wood and pastel colours. The bathrooms are in good condition.
