By bus, guests can take a direct 1-hour ride (Donan Bus A) from New Chitose Airport to Noboribetsu-onsen. From the terminal, it is only 5 minutes walk to the hotel.

From Sapporo, on the other hand, a free shuttle Waku-Waku-go is available going to the hotel. Reservation is necessary and travel time needed is 2 hours.
